You can remove these stains using everyday cleaning agents, but the problem could get progressively worse.

You want to start by dabbing the area with a damp white cotton cloth to absorb any excess wine. Don’t even think about rubbing the area down as that might deepen the stain. Dabbing on the wine stain makes sure that you’re not letting the tablecloth soak it up. Next up is club soda. After you’re done dabbing the area with the cotton cloth, you can start by dabbing it with club soda. You can mix it with some mild detergent and start noticing the changes immediately. Wash the stains away with cold water right after and your stains should have disappeared completely. If you noticed that one or two processes worked better than the other, then repeating them is also advisable.
