Outdoor Garbage Area
The outdoor garage area attracts animals and insects like rats, and flies, soon becoming a breeding ground. Since the dumpster remains out of sight, your staff can easily miss it during restaurant cleaning. However, cleaning the garbage area is essential to prevent a nasty infestation.
Make sure that the garbage area stays clean. It is best to wash the bins once every three days. Besides, garbage can often keep lying around the bins, which can risk illness-causing germs. So, make sure that your staff properly disposes of waste in the garbage bins. None of it should be left on the ground.
