1995 The company moves into its current location in San Francisco, CA. Charles Howatt changes the name to Integrated Cleaning Solutions.

1996 Charles Howatt purchases the company.

1998 Integrated Cleaning Solutions is incorporated.

2001 Nick Mettler, the President, joins ICS.

2001 The company website www.nomoredirt.com is launched.

2002 Nick Mettler acquires a share of ICS.
