ROLE
As the Marketing and Inside Sales Assistant Manager, you will assist the Director of Marketing in overseeing the company’s marketing efforts, as well as managing inside sales.  As an inside sales manager you will oversee the team that makes sales calls from our office. As the manager you will also be expected to make your own calls. The other half of your job would be assisting the Director of Marketing with managing our current campaigns as well as developing new ways to reach potential clients. We are looking for an engaging and enthusiastic person to join our team in this role.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Experience in both Marketing and Inside Sales is a must. Solid management experience is necessary to perform this job. Experience with both online marketing and print marketing is key.

You must have extensive knowledge of computers; specifically CRM software, Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience with website content editing is a plus.

COMPENSATION

COMPANY

We are an established South San Francisco based commercial janitorial and building maintenance company. We have been in business for over 15 years, and are continuing to grow.

ROLE

We are seeking a day time field supervisor.
As a field supervisor you will be responsible for making sure the janitorial work at our properties is going smoothly; and to support the on site supervisors at our different properties.  Quality control and pro-active walk trough’s are a big part of this position.
As a field supervisor you will spend most of your time at our job sites interacting with our clients and our employees. Field supervisors handle employee concerns; make sure the properties have ample supply of chemicals and equipment, often setting up special projects that require addition personnel or logistics outside of our usual scope of work.

The field supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining current safety implements, including MSD sheets.  This person will also manage our company’s inventory of equipment and be responsible for overseeing maintenance and repairs.

Attention to detail, as it applies to cleanliness is essential as we are a commercial cleaning and maintenance company.

Important: We are looking for someone who is going to work with the staff, not just stand there and watch others do the work.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Communication is the foundation of this job, as most of your time will be spent handling the needs of both client and employees. Customer relations experience is a plus; however you will receive training regardless. Time management is a key component to your success in this position.

Knowledge of janitorial processes is a must… for example stripping and waxing floors, carpet cleaning window cleaning….etc

Reliable transportation is a must, preferably a truck. (All auto expenses are covered by the company.)

Bilingual speaker is a must, (English/ Spanish).
